Rep Cap helped Betterworks, a performance management software company, design a two-minute explainer video highlighting how Betterworks creates value for enterprise customers. The video debuted at a high-level industry conference.


Betterworks helps HR leaders make work better through a SaaS platform that provides modern performance management solutions, predominantly for enterprise businesses. 

The company’s proven solutions help HR leaders transform employee-manager conversations around performance enablement.


Betterworks had a booth at the upcoming HR Tech Conference and needed a captivating way to present its innovative HR technology solutions to potential clients who visited. Betterworks also intended to use this video at its own Make Work Better virtual summit. 

Because enterprise HR decision-makers are busy, especially at conferences and expos, Betterworks needed to provide clear, engaging communication while delivering only the most essential messaging. 


Betterworks enlisted Rep Cap to design and produce a two-minute explainer video that provided foundational messaging and a broad product overview. 

The video consisted of stock footage, custom branded motion graphics and a professional voiceover — all in line with Betterworks’ brand standards.

Rep Cap handled all aspects of production, including the script and creative, with graphic support by elbow/room. 


Rep Cap created an upbeat video that illustrated Betterworks’ business value for the target audience of HR leaders and other decision makers. Rep Cap completed the work on an expedited timeline ahead of the HR Tech event.
