Refreshing a Brand’s Voice and Identity

Branding Update for a AI Contact Center Software Company

Rep Cap helped AI contact center software company SharpenCX refresh its brand and tighten its messaging – and then launch a new website to better reflect both.

Background

SharpenCX provides contact center software for midsize to enterprise businesses. They were early innovators of cloud-based platforms for managing contact centers, and big advocates for empowering call center agents to work from anywhere.

Challenge

SharpenCX provides an industry-leading contact-center-as-a-service (CCaaS) platform but needed a brand identity that better reflected the company’s strengths in a highly competitive market. The outside just didn’t match the inside anymore. There was a sense of urgency around the work, as the company prepared for a major push during a critical stage of the buying cycle for its market.

Solution

Given the need to move quickly, Rep Cap recommended refreshing the brand, rather than a full rebrand. We worked with the SharpenCX team to quickly identify the essence of the brand and translate it into new messaging and visual elements, including a refreshed logo, tagline and messaging, website copy and design, sales collateral, SEO-driven blog posts, email signatures, business cards and more. Elements of the previous branding were incorporated in a more modern way, to bridge the old with the new.

Results

Rep Cap launched the redesigned brand and website on the aggressive timeline that the client needed. Site visitors are now introduced to SharpenCX’s quality user experience from their first interaction with the brand.
